Company CL 2003 Ltd. is the investor of Residential Complexes BREEZE SOUTH, BREEZE NORTH and BREEZE BANSKO. The company has been established with the purpose to realize the idea of a residential complex, built strictly following European standards, by the owners of Construction Company LUCKY, Varna, and CPM International, Sofia.

These companies have long experience in the building and management of construction sites. Some examples for completed projects and sites are: the restaurants of "MacDonald's Bulgaria", multiplex cinema "Arena", the petroleum stations of "LukOil Bulgaria", "Shell Bulgaria", "British Petroleum", Russia, the building of the Kuveit Embassy in Sofia, Bulgaria, a trade and administrative site "Marstallplatz" in the centre of Munchen, Germany, a medical and trade centre, hotel and underground parking lot as subcontractor of "Heitkamp" in Dusseldorf, Germany and others.
