Architectural concept

The architectural design is worked out by 'JA Juli Ankov' architectural bureau - newspaper 'Construction and the City', 2002 first prize winner and 2003 prize nominee.

The building consists of six residential floors and includes 46 apartments and studios in total, with built up area from 41 sq.m. to 108 sq.m., 28 underground garages and 2 commercial premises.

The apartments are distinguished with their functional disposition and panoramic view towards Vitosha Mountain. The location of the site is quiet and peaceful, surrounded by greenery and fresh air.

Residents are provided with separate parking cells in the underground parking lot.

The design of the building is worked out in accordance with the Energy Efficiency Standards using highest quality heat and hydro insulations, PVC joinery, heating installation with polypropylene pipes and aluminum radiators.

All of the apartments are provided with metal doors, water supply and electrical installations will be set up. The main door of the underground garages will be equipped with remote control.
