Architectural concept

The architectural design is fulfilled by the bureau "JA-Juli Ankov", bearer of the first prize of the newspaper "Construction and the City" for 2002, awarded for the property East-Sofia, and of several other recognitions for architectural design.

The whole property will be surrounded with a fence with the purpose to offer security and ensure access control to the living and recreational zones around the clock.

The ground between the buildings will be covered with grass with a playing zone for children and recreational zone with alleys and park benches. Ramps for disabled people will be also provided.

A mini-supermarket has been planned to meet the everyday shopping needs of the property inhabitants.

The public zone under Block 1 will include the following:

- Cafe with Internet service
- Hairdresser's
- Fitness complex
- Medical center

Underground garages will be built under the blocks and the access will be secured with special cards at the entrance.
