Block 1
The four
buildings of the property - blocks 1, 2, 3
and 4
of Breeze South
- are situated to ensure panorama view of
most of the apartments. They face the Vitosha Mountain and have
exposure to the South-East and South-West.
The public zone under Block 1 will include
the following:
- Cafe with Internet service
- Hairdresser's
- Fitness complex
- Medical center
Underground garages will be built under the
blocks and the access will be secured with special cards at the
entrance.
