Architectural concept
The architectural design is fulfilled by the
bureau "JA-Juli
Ankov", bearer of the first prize of
the newspaper "Construction and the
City" for 2002,
awarded for the property East-Sofia,
and of several other recognitions for
architectural design. This is the
second site, after the big success of Residential Complex
Breeze South in the district Manastirski Livadi, created by
this team and the investor CL 2003 Ltd.
 The
total built-up area is 10500 sq.m,
which includes 84
apartments from 44 sq.m tî 174
sq.m, 50 garages
and 15 commercial premises.
The residential complex consists of three
buildings with separate entrances.
The city architectural plan does not foresee
high buildings near the site, which ensures panorama view of
most of the apartments.
The whole property will be surrounded with a
fence with the purpose to offer security and ensure access
control to the living and recreational zones.
The ground between the buildings will be
covered with grass and a playing zone for children and a
recreational zone with alleys and park benches will be built.
Underground garages will be built under the blocks and the
access will be secured with special cards at the entrance.
On the Ground floor on the street side will
be built shops, hair dresser's, dentist, pharmaceutical shop,
cafe and other commercial premises.
