Maintenance & security

The investor -
CL 2003 Ltd - will provide the
maintenance and security of the property including:
- 24/7 reception desk and security
- cleaning of the staircase, corridors, lobbies and the other
public areas
- maintenance of the green zones, cleaning, irrigation, etc.
- alley lighting
- maintenance of the lift
- current small repairs of the public areas, pavements, alleys,
and the building.
These services will be covered by a 10 euro/sq.m. annual fee.
If you are coming with a vehicle, you are
welcome to use the underground garage.
All your property will be
guarded 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |
