Public area
A one-way lane links all houses with the main street and the
central public recreation area. The lane and parking lots are
asphalted and the complex will have street lighting. The
sidewalks are paved and the open-space area is landscaped per
design project.
For convenience of the residents the public area of the Complex
will offer a mini-market, cafeteria, children’s playground and a
recreation area with benches and alleys. A modern sports centre
