Maintenance
An office will provide the maintenance of the Complex against a
monthly fee. This fee will cover the expenditures for:
- security
- maintenance of green spaces, cleaning, watering
- maintenance of street lighting
- daily removal of household waste to rubbish bins
- small repairs of pavements, alleys, house exteriors
Besides the security and general maintenance extra services will
be offered per request of the residents of the Complex. |
